The Dome is perfectly suited to group stays and multi-room bookings, particularly for guests travelling together for weddings, family celebrations, events, corporate retreats, and extended weekends. Several rooms can be booked as adjoining combinations to create larger “boutique apartment” experiences:

• Pacific View One + Pacific View Two can be booked together to form a two-bedroom boutique apartment.

• Dame Studio One + Dame Studio Two can be booked together to form a two-bedroom boutique apartment.

• Cape View + Deco Decant (both penthouses) can be booked together to form a four-bedroom boutique apartment.

You can also book out the whole Dome – “The Dome Grand” to accommodate up to 22 people with pull-out couches and children’s ottoman beds.

Yes — The Dome can support exclusive or whole-property bookings by arrangement, as you actively promote group and customised bookings through your team.

The Dome’s cancellation policy varies depending on whether it’s a standard stay, group booking, or event booking:

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 20% of total cost is charged if cancelled between 3 and 30 days prior to arrival

• 100% of the room night(s) is charged if cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival

Group Bookings (2 or more rooms)

• 20% of total cost is charged if cancelled between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival

• 100% of the room night(s) is charged if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival

Event Cancellation Policy

• Event weekends may require a 3-night minimum stay

• Cancellation policy is 90 days prior to arrival

• 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation

• If cancelled after the deadline, a full cancellation fee applies

Catering and Room service can be available on request and charged accordingly.

Standard Check in:

• Check-in time is between 3:00pm – 5:00pm

• Check-in after 5:00pm can be arranged as long as there is prior arrangement

• Check-in between 9:00pm and midnight incurs a $75 fee, subject to hostess availability The Dome

As we are an iconic listed building, there is no on-site parking. For your convenience, we have rented parking close to the building, approximately 500m from The Dome.

Dome Parking: $25 per night.
This needs to be requested at the time of booking.

Public Parking:

Sundays & Public Holidays: All metered street parking is free.

Saturdays: Paid parking usually runs from 8 AM to 2 PM; it's free after 2 PM, except for specific limits like P120 zones.

Time Limits: Restrictions (e.g., P120) are enforced daily (Mon-Sat) 8 AM - 6 PM, but not on Sundays/Public Holidays.
