Seminar, conference & presentations

In addition, the Dome offers full conference facilities for up to 35-seated delegates. Facilities include:

Audio Visual equipment (ceiling projector and 3meter drop down screen).
Full sized board table, which can seat to 18 people
Standing room for up to 150 people, for promotional activities, e.g. product launches, and functions.

We also offer a separate “stateroom” with a round table that seats up to 8 people. This can be used for, board meetings, negotiations as well as mediation

Executive Boost Camp

Four-day accommodation at the Dome with activities of fitness and health designed to reduce stress and re-energise/motivate employees. These activities are tailored for individual companies and can include:

Personal training and fitness program. This is done through our partnership with “City Fitness”
Cooking lessons with a leading Hawks Bay Chef
Massage and wellness program courtesy of the “FIVE SENSES” part of the Dome’s luxury spa

Activities are personally co-ordinated with the top trainers, chefs and motivators, coupled with presentations on our drop down screen and inbuilt roof projector and control four media system for the latest in technologies. This programmer is sure to boost your system back on line.

A two day package designed to reward employees, reduce stress and motivate teams

DAY ONE:

Morning: You will be picked up from the Dome at 9am by Hamish Prinns and brought to the “On Track Adventure” HQ where they will be offered a mix of adventure featuring: quad biking, archery & clay bird shooting for the morning activities.
Afternoon:Enjoy a relaxed winery lunch in the afternoon. Guest then return to the Dome, where they can spend the late afternoon relaxing by the pool and in the hot spa, the evening is yours to explore and enjoy the many culinary offerings that Hawke’s Bay has to offer.

DAY TWO:

Morning: Guests rise and relax over a scrumptious breakfast, made from premium Hawke’s Bay produce. They then stay in ‘cruise neutral’ waiting for a masseuse to arrive and provide them with a ‘Zentastic day’. The masseuses comes courtesy of the “FIVE SENSES” part of the Dome’s luxury spa offering.
Afternoon; Finish off with a unique winery tour at the famous Church road winery including a divine lunch platter and chosen glass of church road wine to ease you into your journey home.

Retail Price: $895 (+GST) per person. This is based on two couples or four people
