Divine Dining

dome-280x157-92The Dome executive chef will prepare and present a unique degustation dinner using a selection of local and epicurean ingredients. Our Wine Ambassador, Brent Pilcher, from Church Road winey will hand select wines to accompany the dinner and act as a personal sommelier for the evening.

This special dining experience allows guests to experience some of the finest tastes of Hawke's Bay (New Zealand), all in one place. The region is known for its fine food and wine, and to enjoy these wonderful local flavours in the Grand Dome Dining Room, looking out across the Bay, from Mania to Cape Kidnappers, is a perfect combination!

Guests arrive at the retreat to a complimentary bottle of Hawke’s Bay’s finest wine to unwind and await the bell to chime to be invited to the chef’s table. Food is prepared, in-house in the Domes professional kitchen and served in a luxurious dining room setting.

DAY TWO:

Guests receive a One, Half-hour massage at the Dome luxury spa. This is followed by a winery tour in the afternoon at the Church road winery museum, This includes lunch platter and glass of Church Road wine.

Retail Price: $ 895 per person + gst (Based on a minimum of two people sharing a two bedroom premium waterfront penthouse for two nights , must have a maximum of 16 people for this package)
