Our personal chef will prepare a taste sensation made with fresh local produce and home grown meats, all in the privacy and serenity of your luxury penthouse. All you have to do is sit back, savour a glass of Hawke's Bay's finest and watch the sun set on Marine Parade. Sample Menu below to wet your appetite....
The Dome executive chef will prepare and present a unique degustation dinner using a selection of local and epicurean ingredients. Our Wine Ambassador, Brent Pilcher, from Church Road winey will hand select wines to accompany the dinner and act as a personal sommelier for the evening.
This special dining experience allows guests to experience some of the finest tastes of Hawke's Bay (New Zealand), all in one place. The region is known for its fine food and wine, and to enjoy these wonderful local flavours in the Grand Dome Dining Room, looking out across the Bay, from Mania to Cape Kidnappers, is a perfect combination!
Spend a day on a fully guided quad bike tours, two seater off roaders, archery, claybird shooting and fun golf.
The quad-bike excursions, can cater for up to 12 people at a time with trips for as short or as long as you like. Larger groups can rotate around different activities such as the offroader, quads, archery, fun golf and clay bird shooting subject to your time frame, cost structure and preferences.
The tracks are diverse and offer spectacular views in all directions. Terrain varies from rolling hill country to bush, creeks on the Ngaruroro River flats. There is something for everyone.
In addition, the Dome offers full conference facilities for up to 35-seated delegates. Facilities include:
- Audio Visual equipment (ceiling projector and 3meter drop down screen).
- Full sized board table, which can seat to 18 people
- Standing room for up to 150 people, for promotional activities, e.g. product launches, and functions.
We also offer a separate “stateroom” with a round table that seats up to 8 people. This can be used for, board meetings, negotiations as well as mediation
Four-day accommodation at the Dome with activities of fitness and health designed to reduce stress and re-energise/motivate employees. These activities are tailored for individual companies and can include:
- Personal training and fitness program. This is done through our partnership with “City Fitness”
- Cooking lessons with a leading Hawks Bay Chef
- Massage and wellness program courtesy of the “FIVE SENSES” part of the Dome’s luxury spa
