Terms & Conditions
- The apartments and club rooms are available for guests exclusive use
- In respect of guest privacy, the apartments are only serviced on request at an additional charge of $50 per day
- Additional catering is also on request and charged accordingly
- There is a two-night minimum stay for bookings including a Friday or Saturday night
- Outside weekends we accept bookings of one night; however an additional $NZ95 servicing fee applies
- The tariff includes breakfast provisions and a bottle of Hawke's Bay wine
- Single night bookings incur a $95 surcharge
- To ensure availability of your selected apartment or room we recommend booking well in advance.
- Sub letting is illegal.
- Only the number of guests specified at the time of reservation are permitted to stay over night in each apartment or room
- Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 12.5% Goods and Services Tax
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments and rooms
- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay and will be charged accordingly
- Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival otherwise we will have to charge for extra cleaning at $ 50 an hour
- Check-out time is 11:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests
- Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental
- Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited unless specifically quoted and agreed on. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in additional payments
- Any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared will be charged accordingly
Booking Policy
- In order to confirm a reservation, we require a credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee.
- If your requested booking dates are not available, we will suggest alternatives.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard.
- You will receive confirmation containing all relevant information and instructions.
- Please advise your catering and service preferences, and if we can assist you with any tour or activity bookings.
- All room, catering and incidental charges are calculated and deducted upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
The Dome is an exclusive property, so late cancellations have a significant impact. In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies:
- 25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled between eight and 30 days prior to arrival.
- Should cancellation be received within the seven days prior to arrival there will be a 100% charge for every room night cancelled.
